I am coming from a TD-30 (FYI) and I love this set! Everything just feels like a real drum set to me. However, I am not a \"real drum set\" fan boy. Just like cars, \"real cars\" are gas because that is what we know, but generations from now, they will think we were morons. I dont have to tune my drums and I can practice at 2 in the morning with 5 kids asleep at home. I can change genre in the press of a button. Obviously there are cons to electric drums, but if my drums quit working, I will play my keyboard until the drums are fixed. My line of work isnt life or death.
